RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 – RETURN PERIOD
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
SECTION 3 – HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@carlet.shop before sending any item back.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any of the following, contact us immediately:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and work towards a resolution at no additional cost to you.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. For a quick exchange, please follow these steps:
- Initiate and complete a return for the original item following the steps in Section 3.
- Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item on our website.
This ensures the fastest possible processing time for your new item.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow 8 to 21 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- If more than 21 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@carlet.shop.
SECTION 7 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items not in their original condition (used, worn, or missing tags/packaging).
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
