Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, we recommend not changing your billing or shipping address information. If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@carlet.shop as soon as possible during the order processing stage.

If the package has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card — all processed securely via Stripe.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to confirm your order. You can also log into your customer account on carlet.shop to check your order status at any time.

Can I send my order as a gift to a different address?

Yes! We can ship your order to a different address. Simply enter the recipient’s address in the shipping address field during checkout. If you need to update the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@carlet.shop.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Please note: If you have just received a shipment notification, allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
